4. Booking and Payments

To book our services, clients must provide accurate information and adhere to the following payment terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring access to the property is available at the agreed-upon time.
Providing necessary instructions for handling specific items.
Ensuring that all items to be cleared are designated prior to service commencement.

7. Responsibility and Liability

We are not responsible for items that clients fail to identify or disclose.
Our liability for any damages is limited to the value of the service provided.
